 Sweetwater Landing offers services to suit a variety of boater needs. The marina is able to accommodate wet storage up to 100 feet and dry storage up to 30 feet. Boat slips are equipped with electricity, water, and pump-out. Transients up to 100 feet are welcome. Get out on the water quick by calling ahead. We'll have your boat in the water, gassed and ready to go when you arrive.

 We estimate that we will have 200 dry storage slips for boats and a limited number of "in-water slips". The mix of large and small boats in the storage building will determine the actual number available for dry storage slips for boats. Larger and heavier boats will be located on the 1st or 2nd level. There are a limited number of dry storage slips, which can accommodate the larger boats.
